Overall I'm quite satisfied with Conroy.

Only that it took more than 3 weeks to get the air freight goods delivered to our house was a bit disappointing but I'm not sure if that was your fault.

Fantastic service from Conroys. Communication was excellent leading up to and including removal day. I have to mention Tony and Dylan who were very professional and extremely hard working, nothing was an issue for them even when we had to make some changes on the day. A great team and fabulous representatives of Conroys. Would highly recommend this company. Five stars!

Communication is poor. Handover between different logistical departments is horrible. Communication was really poor. The whole process took way longer than the generally accepted norm seems to be. Communication was really bad. After many attempts to get proper service and communication going, delivery was effected with one of our boxes being delivered to the wrong client. Even after all of this communication was still horrible.

We used Conroy Removals to move from Christchurch NZ to Perth and were very happy with the whole experience. We were kept up to date on where our items were at all times and found that the service over all was excellent.  We will definitely be using Conroy Removals again. Thanks for the great service.
