This is the 3rd time we have used Conroy to ship our belongings, both from Australia to Uk and visa versa. An excellent service yet again staff are polite professional everything right down to the smallest detail is taken care of.
I would particularly like to mention Sharon in the office who has amazing patience, covers everthing that could possible turn up no surprises at customs she has dealt with it all .Thank you Sharon and Conroy once again.

"constant communication"
My experience with your company in New Zealand was very poor, and I have submitted a review on their site to that effect.
My experience in Australia was superb, with constant communication letting me know what was going on at every stage.

Awsome service they unpacked and took back empty boxes only one bowl got broken. I would definitely recommend conroy to others
"Excellent in terms of safety and condition"
Excellent in terms of safety and condition of goods when they arrived. No complaints there. However, it did take a long time to arrive after it arrived in Melbourne, then shipped to Sydney and finally delivered to Canberra. Seemed a very circuitous and slow route.

"positive experience for our family"
First time we've used a moving company to transfer our furniture internationally, was feeling a little anxious as we heard stories of poor customer service, loss/damaged furniture, huge costs including insurances. Thankfully we never experienced any and more than happy to recommend based on the following:
- Customer Service both in Australia and New Zealand - Excellent and courteous
- Follow up both Australia and New Zealand - Excellent and thorough
- Value for money - Excellent and was provided with options to get costs down
- Technical Expertise - Excellent, explained to us in "Layman Terms"
- Movers in Australia and New Zealand - Excellent, courteous and respectful of our homes
- Speed of delivery - Wow 22 Day turn-around and during their busiest period just before Christmas
- 10/11/16 - Furniture picked up from home in Brisbane
- 02/12/16 - Furniture delivered to our new home in Auckland
- Communications - Excellent throughout the whole process -
