"16 weeks to arrive"
16 weeks to arrive. Hard to get updates n reasons why. Two items damaged.

"broke a number of items"
Conroy were communicative about expected delivery date and time, and were only a few hours later than they said, and provided an explanation for the delay. However, Conroy broke a number of items in the moving from Victoria to Queensland. A couple I can put down to just being unfortunate, crushed inside their boxes. However, the damaging of a leather dining chair was entirely a result of negligence on Conroy's part. When initially wrapping for storage, they ran a strip of packing tape across the leather itself, instead of enfolding the chair within the wrapping, and taping only the wrapping. Then, when unpacking it, the removalist tore it off in front of us, taking large, unsightly chunks of the leather veneer with it. The chair is one of a set of eight dining chairs. So it is not even just a matter of replacing one chair. It must be repaired or the whole set replaced. The removalists assured us that Conroy would fix the situation and repair the chair and the other damaged items. The day after delivery, I range Conroy to have this followed up. They promised to email a claim form. However, to date, they have ignored my call and provided no follow-up.

- Staff refused to unpack my goods and several items were damaged and broken
- There were delays to our shipment and no one contacted me- I had to chase them up
- I was unimpressed that we were charged a very high minimum rate relative to the size of our shipment

The only issue was that the uplift from Sydney the drivers were 45 mins later from the window they gave me which meant I was unable to return to work that day. Not a biggy, but a better indication of uplift time would be good.

I am not sure if I would use you again or recommend you - including delays and unanswered emails to my questions as well as a missed delivery day, my new water-proof containers all had damaged handles and one lid was broke. These were all highly-durable containers and only your company would have split the pallet and handled these boxes. I have no idea where in the shipping process this happened, but I had no chance to inspect the contents of my boxes before the deliverymen asked me to sign the form and left. I appreciate the delivery, but am skeptical if this is the best service to use.

Our heirloom items arrived safe and sound and on the day advised by Karen Lindsay. Karen kept us informed every step of the way by email. The delivery guys arrived exactly at the time they said they would-Excellent company to do business with.

The service we received from the Brisbane end was excellent however the service we received from the delivery end in Napier has been terrible! The delivery people feel asleep in their truck during their lunch break and we had to wake them up to get back to work! They had no idea on how to put things back together such as our TV and they damaged some of our furniture whilst unpacking! The insurance process has been terrible! I am still waiting on claim forms to be sent through from 2 weeks ago! No one returns my phone calls so I am constantly having to call back!
