"Staff were friendly and efficient"
Only issue I would raise as a suggestion adopted overseas is for movers to remove wear protective footware or cover carpets or use wipe mats particularly when its raining. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The service from Conroy removals was excellent. However the company who you are contracted by in the UK is very poor. My experience moving our furniture all over the world took 4 months longer than promised . There sales team lied and showed no customer care at all. I would strongly suggest you disassociate your company with them .

"questions or concerns were genarally answered quickly and efficiently"
Between the shipper from Thailand and the clearance of the goods here i felt i was left in a vacuum meaning i was not clear on what additional expenses were to be incurred when the goods arrived or even when they were to arrive. I do not know if these communication problems were the fault of the Thai shipper or not but at the end of the day i had to spend more $ to clear my stuff than i had expected and it took 2 months from the time of leaving Thailand to arriving at the destiantion here. Fortunately these goods were not required urgently but really 2 months for 4 plastic storage boxes is too long. Why i had to pay $200 for fumigation here on top of paying fumigation costs in Thailand is beyond me and i am left with the feeling of being gouged by one of the parties. Am i going to lose sleep over this, no, will i be smarter next time, yes.
On a postive note staff response to my questions or concerns were genarally answered quickly and efficiently so i tend to think the issues may have been more generated at the Thai end than with Conroy's.

Speedy service, poor communication.
First and foremost i would like to clear up that on the pick up from Australia to NZ was an absolute delight so friendly and great service both from our consultants and the guys who did a great job in picking up our stuff. However since the arrivial in NZ this has been an absolute nightmare, i dealt with two consultants in NZ that only answered when quarantine was doing a check, hey dont get me wrong was little bit ticked when i had to pay an extra $250 all part of the procedure, water under the bridge now but dealing with a couple of despatch personell in NZ whom i dont wish to name 1st delivery was ok 10 mins late 2nd delivery was just as bad was told it would be here at a specific time and it was a no show had to make a call when it would be delieved and was told the nxt day at a specific time again no show and 3hrs late made a phone call again and was only abused by a despatch officer because he didnt make himself clear about which number he was looking for and to have someone like that yell at me as far as im concerned rubbish service in NZ......well he finally got my 1 item left to me and to think i was the bigger person to apoligise to him and not once did he apoligise to me for his behaviour all he said was it wasnt my fault AUSTRALIA 5 STARS........ NZ GET STUFFED my own country, would have loved for you to speak to my husband that way.
