My motorcycle wasn't crated as was promised, and was impossible to get out of the container when it was on the truck, so there was a huge delay while the container was returned to the depot to be lowered to the ground to get the bike out. We didn't then have the time to unpack as much as we would have liked at this end. A number of items of furniture where broken in transit, as well as some smaller items that we only realised after signing off receipt of the goods. We found a box that was half full of packing rubbish (e.g. The cardball inner rolls from the packing tape, and a drinks can from your packers).
We would like to thank the Australian delivery team for going above and beyond last week. I was put in hospital for emergency surgery and my wife and 16 year old were left to work with your team. I was extremely happy with the way my wife was assisted and supported during the move into the new house and would like to use this as a platform to say a big thanks.

Sales, pre sales and shipping were all fine we were disappointed in the packing
Whilst the sales, pre sales and shipping aspect of Conroy's service were all fine we were disappointed in the packing. The packing in Australia was not finished on day 1 as the packers left at 3pm - and there were not enough of them. On unpack in the UK we've discovered mis labelled boxes, random contents placed together - eg wooden shelves with suits etc. - throughout the load. As a company Conroy has been responsive and friendly to deal with, but the poor quality of packing was a real disappointment to us and would mean that we wouldn't use Conroy in the future or recommend them, unfortunately.
There was one specific communication issue that lead to a less-than-efficient delivery process for the team. Despite my efforts to clearly show the type of the access @ Parriwi (by sending photos to Conroy management of all access points WITH exact measurements illustrating space dimensions) this information was apparently not made available to the removal team [Shaun, Cory, Ben & Tony]. This impacted the efficiency and time-span for the team, however, they did not waver from their ability to live up to the Conroy brand. In fact, they remained in good spirits despite the job taking longer than it perhaps should have - and they still had to get back to the depot and then get home - making this a longer day than they should otherwise have had to endure. They were a credit to the company! I suggest in future that front-line teams are fully informed to the best of operations knowledge concerning the execution of both pack-up and delivery conditions for removal contracts.
From the first phone call to obtain a quote through to the men completing the move at my house, the experience was excellent. Friendly, fun and professional. You turned what was for me initially, a rather tough move into an enjoyable experience.

The service and assistance I received from the staff both in Durban and Brisbane has been fantastic, I would readily recommend your services to anyone. The office staff here in Brisbane were very supportive and helpful waiting for me while I sorted my banking account out and the two gentlemen who did the delivery were superb.
I should like to mention the packers from your associate company in Durban (Biddulph), in particular the lady called Precious, she is worth her weight in gold, she works twice as hard as the rest of the team who were sent to pack my belongings. She is a true leader, friendly, hardworking, great company and an excellent advert for her company, I cannot praise her enough! I hope this review is shared with them as I would like her management to know what an asset she is to their business.
Our furniture was not unpacked on delivery so since opening some of the boxes so far we have found
a) the glass on one picture smashed
b) a big garden pot broken - it had no protection between it and the box
What recourse do we have with this?
Very impressed with the overall service from the conroys team great communication and nothing was a problem
Definitely would use conroys again and will tell others of our great experience
