Missing and damaged items , I guess from being repacked into different containers several times. According to the people who delivered to our home ,the people who packed the last container were not very clever.
Could have taken better care packing our bicycles.
Efficient
Efficient service with helpful staff.
I learned with a shock that I was liable for import duty on my personal goods, simply because they had been stored in South Africa for a few years. I realise this is due not to Conroy's handling of the admin, but to the unjust Australian customs laws. Fortunately it turned out there were no charges. It would have helped if they had warned me about this in advance. Perhaps you could communicate that to them.
The delivery team was excellent - on time, friendly and fast.
The service is very poor, Lying about delivery date at the time of getting your stuff on board later on, they just keep giving you reasons for not getting items delivered.too many broken items in the boxes because they do not handle your item with the needed care I had glasses broken. I had table broken. I had pictures broken call them. They said it's not our fault because you don't have insurance.

Steve was amazing and the guys who dropped our shipping were great too. Kudos to the team. We lost 3 of our boxes however the communication was awesome as they kept us in loop each day. Highly recommended and will use your services always.

The NZ team were fantastic and did a great job - no complaints there.On the Australia side, however, there is room for improvement. It would be good to see more communication around container movements at port and the clearance process. The delivery/unpack was where the most improvement is needed. We had organised and paid for the delivery to include unpacking to flat surfaces and were told on the day that 'nobody does that', it was going to add three hours to the crews day, and were made to feel like a huge inconvenience. Boxes were tipped upside down as an 'unpack to flat surfaces' (excluding the kitchen boxes, which were unpacked correctly). Boxes were dumped on top of our kid's complex assembled lego which, when they found it broken, upset them hugely. There was a sewing kit in one of the dumped boxes, which caused needles to be strewn all throughout the carpet. Items that requried reassembly were missed because they were in such a big hurry and didn't look properly. One of the beds was reassembled without most of the screws - so we need to look at where they are all missing and fix it. They didn't attempt to get one of our pieces of furniture upstairs (despite saying that they would try get it over the deck - this didn't happen because they were in such a hurry to move to their next job). It's still in our garage taking up a car space.
Overall, delivery was a horrible experience and I could not recommend Conroys on the basis of it.
I'm nervous of backlash from the crew so do not want this passed on to them.
