The team on both ends were fast, friendly and super helpful. Would of been great to have more info about delivery (I had to call a few times to confirm delivery). Also a few furniture pieceS arrived damaged/ scratched etc, some noted by delivery driver others have found as unpacking. Please advise how to go about claiming these.

The Melbourne part was seemless and perfectly executed.The customs clearance was excellent and seemless.The unload had a number of issues including timely arrival, then denial of a service we paid for, one of the removalists intimidating my wife a little bit. But once we made some calls it came back on track. The entertainment unit was dented, a light broken, parts of my vacuum I guess were thrown out with packing material... not sure if this is worth an insurance claim though as we did pay for insurance.The waste removal was seemless.

All in all - was a positive experience, delivery day was needlessly stressful and a little infuriating.

It took a little longer than I had hoped to arrive, but everything was in good shape. No breakages, no mold. I had sat some things in Home Depot boxes thinking they would be repacked into  the shipping companie's boxes and those boxes were crushed. I would advise other people not to use Home Depot boxes. I also wish I had used more Rubbermaid totes.

Communication was great , was kept up to date of where my shipment was.

The two staff members who helped at the depo to load up my belongings was very friendly and took care when loading up my belongings.

Hi, I have chosen Conroy because it was assured to me that I can ship my items by end of September. I kept checking with the salesperson and was assured it would go as planned only to be told, no sorry its now going end of October, we lost a whole month and careful planning so our gear arrived after christmas, so not happy. Then you person in Europe was battering me with email with irrelevant things. I confirmed multiple time that what I provided was sufficient and clear but it was a complete nightmare. Of course what I provided was enough and no issue with customs.
