Damaged freight again. Lounge has bad water marks on it plus tear in it.oil painting damaged, coffee machine damaged. Why would U put coffee machine and whipper snipper in the same box. The coffee machine should have been bubbled wrap not upside in a box. I recommended 3 other family members to use Conroy's in the last month, hopefully they get better service so I don't get egg on my face.

Our goods were released on Dec.14. But they weren't delivered until 29th. It seems to me that your operations team should have been able to deploy a truck sooner given that your company knew the shipment was in port. Not a surprise.
the customs and quarantine process was seamless from our perspective.
the men who delivered the goods were courteous and efficient.
The entire process was made easy by all the staff at Conroys. Right from first quote through to delivery.
Communication was excellent.
Only complaint would be one container was marked kitchen and contained glassware, was place sideways in a box and some glass bowls were broken.

Very professional and we are happy to receive the goods ahead of schedule, especially since it was around the Christmas season. One thing that would be better would be a call a few days in advance of the arrival to give a heads up. I found out that the delivery was coming the same day over email, which was okay but a call would be more direct to guarantee the comms got through.
I have used you many times for importing motorcycles, I waited for a container in the UK just because I wanted to use you. I will not use Pickfords as they damaged a bike a few years ago. Dazmac in Yatala are hopeless, unfortunatly my shippers in the UK are forced to use Masons for some reason.
You have alwways been spot on, quick. no fuss and exceptional service.
Conroy made the whole experience of shipping my belongings to Australia seemless and in very good price. My shipment arrived last week in perfect condition.

Professional and friendly customer service
Several items broken including photo frames, family heirloom bowl and trophy. All not replaceable :(
Shipping was at least a month late then a muck around about timing on the day too. Maybe that couldn't have been helped but more care with my things could have.
No issues with delivery and the delivery staff were very friendly and professional.
