Had a sheepskin bed underlay go missing, suspect it never got to Australia as inventory was checked and not listed as an individual item. (was on customs form). However the bubble wrap of the item would have had my name and destination city on it as per other bubblewrap items.
Thank you to Helena, Phil and the guys for your patience and arrangements to deliver my boxes. Great communications and very helpful staff.
Great service from the moment yiu apply for a quote to final delivery. The office staff are very patient ( I changed my list so many times) and work with you to find the best quote. The removal guys did a great job packing our things. Delivery was smooth. We are very satisfied with Conroy. We had 1 damaged furniture but we took out insurance. We are happy that we decided to bring our furniture (even some tools, 4 bikes..etc) over. The price we paid would not have allowed us to buy the same kind of things. Was definitely worth it for us.
From the first moment of calling John and the team in Brisbane until the boxes were removed was one great expereince. I was always informed of progress, packers and delivery employees were great and efficient. Well done guys.

This review is no reflection on the Brisbane end. New Zealand side failed badly. Brisbane communication excellent staff brilliant.
My gear left me from Brisbane on the 3rd October 2023 and as off today 8th January 2024 I still have not received it. Consistant emails an example is.
The NYK Futago is due to discharge the container at Tauranga and then the container will be loaded onto the Wellington bound vessel. Unfortunately the Berth date for the NYK Futago has moved out (only by a couple of days) and as such it won’t meet the intended Wellington boat and has been scheduled onto the next available one. A phone call in my case would have appeased me so much more than the occasional email.
So then it sits in Tauranga from 25th November until the 16th December. A phone call to let me know what was happening would have been so much better. Then came Christmas I was assured once again by email that you were working threw. My contact person then goes on holiday so another delay. Then MPI is using limited staff another delay. Now I am still waiting again to hear from you when you might deliver. Not great customer service at all. Not sure what condition my freight will be in, will check when I finally get it hopefully in the near future.
