Prompt pack up of our belongings, regular communication and updates kept us in the loop of the progress of our shipment to NZ. Also was pleased to have a regular communication line with admin staff prior to our move and pack up - answered all our questions and gave accurate advice when asked. Impressed not to have an extra handling charge applied to the removal of our spa pool

Hi there, had 1 or 2 hiccups with late emails regarding the application process from the Melbourne office.  Otherwise, I was happy with conroy removals, thanks....

Australia side was great new zealand had some mixed messages but other wise was a great service, 3 items were broken  due to our own packing. but every thing arrived, The drivers at both ends were great friendly blokes.

We still have not received our shipment and to date do not have a delivery date from anyone. I found your head office were very responsive and good to deal with and then we were passed on to the Perth office who were the opposite. We have another much larger unit that we want to ship in 2018 but after our experience and the fact that you haven’t delivered our goods in the promised timeframe we will not be using you at this time.
