This review is dependent on reciept of my shipment which I have not yet had delivered.
The representative that visited to give me a quote was very pleasant and polite and explained the process very clearly
The packers were punctual and polite and very considerate of my neighbours. They worked hard and were efficient.
I have been kept well informed as to the progress of my shipment, with the exception of the final delivery which I had to follow up and now have a delivery date of the 27th (today is the 24th).
Overall so far the experience of dealing with Conroys has been a positive one.

Thanks for the opportunity to comment on our experience. It appears the container was damaged by the time it was unloaded in Dunedin. It could have been photographed before and during the unloading to simplify the process of claiming damages insurance Some items were not really packed well, and some items that should have been in the first consignment were actually in the second. Generally all the staff were very pleasant and helpful, however a bit more attention to detail would have been appreciated. Regards Ken F.

"provided me with valuable information"
John Rowden provided me with valuable information regarding importing my motorcycle into new zealand that no other company informed me of...without this information i would have been up for thousands in taxes and duties or lost my motorcycle.....friendly,professional,and prompt is the only way to describe conroys.....thanks again, and if the need arises i won't hesitate in using conroys again.
"quick and helpful responses"
Jaymee Lorenz from the Brisbane office was exceptional. I apprecaited her quick and helpful responses to ALL of my questions; something of a novalty with customer service nowadays. She was great and would give her 5 stars. The New Zealand side of the office was not so good. My goods arrived in country on the 5th, I heard nothing by the 12th, so I called the office, to be told that "it should be around today, but not sure". Thanks, that is not helpful; especiialy as I ned to take leave off work to receive the goods. I rang three times, badgering the Operations Manager to get my goods delivered. Not happy with the delivery, but happy with everything else. That is why you have 4 stars, not 5.
I found Conroy Removals to be professional and efficient from the quotation stage right through to the delivery of my personal effects and car into Auckland, New Zealand. The two packers that came to my house were excellent and took a lot of care in packing my possession, which gave me confidence that everything would be okay. They were friendly and were happy in their work. My dealings with the administration staff at Conroy were also positive. I highly recommend Conroy to anyone who is on the move. Thanks, Christine
