Absolutely fantastic team from Jaymee in the office who was absolutely awesome to the guys who came and packed our stuff who where also fantastic. I packed my own boxes and not one single thing was broken which meant they took great care in loading and unloading. Great work conroys will definitely recommend to others. Thanjs again!!!

It would be great if when corresponding with new to moving customers guidance or advice was given. A lot of forms and questions asked came with no explanation which made dealing with a deceased estate more stressful.

Everyone we dealt with at Conroy removals were AWESOME! Very helpful & friendly & patient!! They made our move easy & less stressful! Thankyou to everyone you all deserve a pay rise!!

I am appalled with the service since my stuff was collected and the damage to my stuff. It appears the bookcase has been dragged along the ground and is damaged. Two of the boxes were ripped open, so don't know what I've lost yet. Another boxed marked with breakable things in it was clearly thrown around as items are not broken but shattered. I packed all of my items in copious amounts of bubble wrap so it is clear no care was taken. By the way I've only opened 4 of the 16 boxes, so I hate to think what the rest of the stuff looks like. I will be making a claim for replacement of goods and sending pictures. I will not be recommending this service to anyone but if asked will tell them to go elsewhere. I was originally quoted 5-7 weeks for delivery and have waited nearly 10 weeks for damaged goods.

We are heading for four months now! Delays tactics in uk beyond belief every 4days they want new forms! 6 utility bills marriage Certs and so much more! You guys need to make it more clear of what's going to happen on the other side! So many Irish and English moving back from oz need to be informed

Dear Tony, Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback. Unfortunately there have been significant changes to the customs clearance procedures and protocols recently. The introduction of the changes has caused a great deal of debate and interpretation by the wider moving industry. As the new system starts to settle down we expect there to be further changes to refine the process and ultimately make it easier for the end users.
