I was most impressed! Conroys kept me up to date on the whole moving of my furniture, household goods and car. They let me know arrival times from the first pickup to the final drop off. They were most curteous and handled everything with care. Conroys also informed me what to do after the arrival especially in regards to the car. Thank you Conroys for a stress free moving process.

Especially impressed with Justin who came to do our quote. He was friendly and professional and explained all the paperwork clearly. Lots of email correspondence with all involved, great to know what was going on at each step of the process.

Was a stressful process having to deal with Conroy let alone the fact my ute was not looked after had bent the rear tail gate, broken cup holders scratches on paint of the bonnet, and also the headunit was locked out and now they are placing blame on me when I go to claim insurance! Let alone all the extra work I have to do for them to get a claim!! I'm fuming and will be seeking legal advice if the issues are not resolved

Janelle and her team in Melbourne were exceptional in guiding us through stuff we knew nothing about to transfer our household belongings from Melbourne to Nelson NZ. And then Duncan and Timothy greeted us in Nelson, a special thank you to these guys who were so professional interacting with us? and all the others behind the scenes who made the service Conroy offered exceptional, thank you!

I m still waiting for the delivery. It was set for 7/02. On my the morning of delivery I got a phone call saying no truck was coming to New Plymouth. Arrangements were made for a delivery on 8/02 between 5 & 6pm. I'm still waiting for the delivery. Lack of communication is appalling.

The staff are very helpful. Even we changed our requirement a few times, they gave us prompt response and were still very supportive. Our stuff arrive even a bit earlier than we expected. We are very happy with the services.

I wish to inform that I have appreciated the service offerred by the compavy for my move back to mauritius, the only black spot is that I havent been well advised concerning my car, I stll havent taken possesion of my car and had a lot of complications concerning regulations in place in mauritius during my absence from the country, i didnt know that I Iwont benefit from the custom exemption if I had been on holidays in mauritius during these last 5 years {which is ridiculous} hence I,ll have to pay a lot of money to the revenue authority.
Very good service from start to finish and would recommend Conroy Removals for international shipping.
