Clearly guided through the documentation and felt at ease handing over my trailer and possessions to your staff. The NZ End I got notifications of all aspects of the movement of my goods and was pleasantly suprised it was cleared quaranteen and customs with ease. Everything arrived in excellent condition and we were extremely happy with your service. Thank you again.

I haven received my goods so I can't give use feed back on my experience. I sent goods with another company a few weeks after use collected my goods and they were delivered a month ago. Same thing as well.
"changed without an email/phone call"
I found the initial corrospondence excellent, especially when you are moving oversees there are many uncertanities. On moving day, the guys were friendly, professional and very very thorough. It would have been good to get more information about the progress of our shipment after it left the house. We were told that it was scheduled on a certain ship and date, however it was changed without an email/phone call. This would have been helpful so we could have planned contingiencies in advance.

With the removal of my furniture from my house it all went smoothly and I have the highest respect for your workers in Melbourne . As of today I have heard nothing from the NZ branch of your company, apart from arranging for my car to be tested etc, I'm still waiting to hear about the furniture, I have sent an email and left a telephone message , still No contact. A little disappointed, I am.

I felt there was a lack of disclosure as I was not advised of the high custom costs upon arrival of the goods at destination. I found the staff in Sydney and destination very attentive - goods arrived safely

Goods cleared customs 2 weeks ago. Other than a demand for payment of GST + duty (which I did the next day), have not heard a single thing about when my items will be delivered. Have left voicemail, e-mails and still nothing. I'm pretty much consigned myself to the fact that I won't see my goods again.
Our experince with Conroy Removals has been great. Every person we have delt with was helpful and easy to deal with. I would have given 5 stars for overall experince but feel a little let down with the communication from the New Zealand side.
I have had to do all the chasing to find out the progress of our shipment. It wasn't until another call in that information was given that our stuff had cleared quaranteen and was heading down to Wellington. Our stuff is due to arrive tomorrow and as of 3pm today I still haven't had a call to give me a time. This is important information so arrangements can be made.
Having said that very happy with Conral Removals and would use/recommend again.
