Five weeks have passed and our shipment ended up in the north island...not the south island so we now have to wait another two weeks. For work, I have shipped equipment to the USA quicker Very disappointed

An item has gone missing.  item 54.  it is the wood  that items sit on for my gagage shelving . Tauranga said they are following up on it..but its taking too long .

very happy with the service from the initial quote to the end of delivery.  The ground staff were fantastic and very helpful in a professional manner.

Very well organised team, efficient and extremely helpful - would certainly recommend them to anyone I know who is moving, whether interstate or overseas.

"lots of items damaged"

Upon unpacking lots of items damaged due to being packed together with heavier ones, Computer printer possibly ruined after being packed upside down and ink leaking out some older items with sentimental value attached broken. Two LCD TV's packed together with keyboard in the middle, not the best idea???

Still waiting for some items to be delivered by UK agent?

Great service from everyone in Perth and Auckland. Very disappointed though as breakages occurred after MPI inspection and as these are less than excess, we cannot claim. More care needed when repacking after inspections.

We wish to thank Gary and his amazing team of admin staff and packers/movers for making our move with Conroys stress free. Our goal posts moved a few times but nothing was ever too much trouble. They were friendly, helpful, informative and passionate about what they do. Met expectations? Hell yes - the team exceeded our expectations!   Well done guys, and thanks!
