"Overall not nearly as good an experience"
We asked for a site visit twice to estimate volume. Despite that, it was wrong and we had to pay additional costs. Also, packers did not have enough boxes or packing materials and seemed in a great rush. There are a number of breakages. On US delivery end, very little information on when delivery was to be made and changed delivery date/times several times to suit their schedule. Overall not nearly as good an experience with Conways as when we had our Sydney delivery from Germany in 2014

Thank you for the stress free move!! All staff were excellent with communicating the progress of the move and were super helpful in answering any queries I had. I would definitely use Conroy again and would have no issues in reccommending to others.

"very impressed with the administration"
We were very impressed with the administration staff at Conroys, Melbourne. Getting a quote was very simple and we were able to ask lots of questions. Filling out the paperwork for the move was made simple by being able to complete it at the office with a staff member.
Sadly we didn't experience the same satisfaction with the packers. Although they arrived promptly on the day of packing and were finished well within the timeframe allowed. They did however leave things lying around the house that we had to take up to them and remind them to pack, sometimes more than once and they didn't put any packaging around a fragile clock but yet packed things that were pretty much unbreakable.
Once our shipment arrived in New Zealand we didn't find people on the phone were very helpful. We were told things (container opened, cars cleaned, container fumigated etc) would be happening that day and yet the following day when we called things still hadn't been done. Once our container was cleared it was delivered promptly and unpacked quickly. We were led to believe that they would unpack our goods but this wasn't the case.

Everything was fine until my stuff arrived in the UK. First it was stuck waiting for customs for 3 weeks, now two weeks on from there I have no idea where my shipment is and the guy handling things at this end still an't give me a delivery date or time. Ultimately, if you don't receive your shipment even though it's been out of cutoms for two weeks that's poor service. There is no way I will be recommending this"service" to friends.

Conroy staff were very helpful and efficient in their work ethics - no job was too small or too big - I would recommend them to future movers.
