extra fast and efficient service, australian crew were ace number 1 and just the best and notifications were on the ball but NZ side lack of communication and did not deliver as notified, and did not complete the unpack as expected. Items still in bubble wrap which I have to tend to, one bed was not assembled when the australian crew wrapped in a way to assist the nz crew for re assembly. so a let down from the kiwis.

It was a pleasure dealing with Conroy's from the first meeting at my house with Lee Northwood to get a quote he was very honest, full of great information from his experience always felt i could contact him. This made all my dealings easy as i only had to deal with one person. The cost was great im comparason to other companies. The packing guys were fantastic and friendly to me and my 6year old. Shipping took as long as advised about 6 weeks.I currently have my shipping in storage in at Conroys in NZ christchurch - i am dusputing the charges though of storage as they advised me i get 10 days grace period before fees start. My shipping arrived to their depot on the 17th June, and they are charging me storage from the 7th June i dont understand that one.All in all i like Conroys - Thank you teamI am looking forward to the delivery of my furniture and hope that all is ok nothign missing or dmaged etc.

We are quite happy on the Brisbane side, but not impressed with the delivery at Guildford, Surrey UK side. One of our expensive table top was scratched during delivery at Guildford side.
