"delivery end in Napier has been terrible!"
The service we received from the Brisbane end was excellent however the service we received from the delivery end in Napier has been terrible! The delivery people feel asleep in their truck during their lunch break and we had to wake them up to get back to work! They had no idea on how to put things back together such as our TV and they damaged some of our furniture whilst unpacking! The insurance process has been terrible! I am still waiting on claim forms to be sent through from 2 weeks ago! No one returns my phone calls so I am constantly having to call back!

Great company very professional from the beginning, furniture packed up in great condition and great price from Perth to NZ. I was kept in loop of where my furniture was and it arrived back quickly. If I ever need to ship again would not hesitate to call Conroys.

Helen and I could not fault Conroys Service in Australia or New Zealand as we freighted goods and a vechicle back to New Zealand from Australia. With there excellant advice in the Brisbane depot everthing went without a hitch once it landed in Christchurch. Excellant communication via emails and phone making it stress and worry free for us.

"Two issues resulted from the process"
Two issues resulted from the process,
I went to great detail before the pack to identify and declare all quarantine related item's. All that was required by Conroy was to fill in the box nos. Simple. Before the pack I grouped relevant items and notified the packers of the significance and what was required. Conroy did not fill in the box nos. I had to find and identify the items and send back to Christchurch for inspection by MPI. Not good enough from your end.
The second item was the delivery truck leaks! It is New Zealand and it rains. Some wet items were delivered, fortunately they were the type of thing that rain will not effect, lucky on your end.

Highly recommend Conroy for all your moving needs, made our transition from Australia to New Zealand so much easier not having to worry about our freight because they were constant contact with us every step of the way, from us dropping all our boxes off to getting them delivered to wherever we wanted. Special thanks to Jaymee in Brisbane for making our move stress free.

The only issue was that the uplift from Sydney the drivers were 45 mins later from the window they gave me which meant I was unable to return to work that day. Not a biggy, but a better indication of uplift time would be good.
