Quote was very competitive, I was kept up to date with progress all the way throughout with constant communication. The team were very proactive with any requests I had. Goods arrived well packaged and all boxes arrived and ticked off. The delivery team were just wonderful. The guys unpacked our goods very carefully and were very engaging. Great team. Great experience.

Amazing in every way! The guys who moved us were absolutely incredible! So efficient and helpful. Also Justin was also helpful at the beginning in assessing how many household items we had, he was amazing too. So far the Australian team at conroys is much more impressive than the contact I've had with the nz side of conroys. Can't rate Aus conroys high enough and I'm very grateful!
Great service and communication regarding updates of delivery.
Really good service right up to the point of delivery where instructions weren't followed which resulted in concern about the weather unneccasarily as it turned out. The end result was fine and no issues however perhaps more interaction between HO and last mile team.
Was kept well informed during the whole pick up to drop off , my items where also kept in storage for 3 months with Conroy till i came back from Europe i would use conroy again.
It's been 5 months and we still haven't got our stuff yet
Hi Conroys , I haven't had my desk delivered yet ... but is us in LA port maybe clearing customs....
I had requested a price including delivery ... but the local LA company takes about fees to do various random X-Rays if selected and mention various X-Ray costs ... I was not expecting this.
Also there was duplication re documents on the LA side ... I provided all the requested documentation to Conroy to clear customs etc .. but the folks in LA requested the same documentation and even requested a US passport that I don't have ....
It may be beyond your control... but letting you know since you asked.
