The only thing I would say is that the ToR form requirement could have been mentioned at the start.
Hi there,
we were a little disappointed in the service if I'm honest. All of the boxes were damaged and looked as though not alot of care was taken as they had been chucked around. Our TV cabinet was damaged badly and I didn't realise until after the removalist left. You also lost our Vaccuum and i was told I wouldnt have to do anything to locate it and someone would contact me but after four days I eventually just called because noone had reached out. Thankfully Mandeep was quick to find it and I have to say her service was very good she was kind and called to confirm when it was found straight away. The two men that picked our stuff up in Aus were also quite friendly and helpful.thanks, lauren
Couldnt get through to my account manager. Many emails unanswered. Frustrating.
Helpful to deal with. Knowledgeable staff. Process to keep client informed of progress is excellent. Thank you.
Initial quote and dealings with Lee were fantastic. He was great to deal with. After that went downhill. Team showed up at our place to get our stuff and didn't know it was a full pack and inventory job. They only had 2 hours allocated and it took like 4. Inventory was rushed and done poorly. Example was "4 boxes of misc stuff". This caused issues when we went through customs. They stamped it but said we may have problems when the goods actually arrive and need to be cleared, the agent said the inventory was not very good and they might want to take everything apart to confirm contents because of that. Our goods arrived a month ago and the partner company here in Canada AMJ still have everything in their warehouse. They wanted me to drive 5 hours each way to them to get released. I refused and now am waiting to hear back from them. We paid for delivery to our house here and now they want me to drive hundreds of Kms to meet them. Ridiculous. We were told when we booked that I had to bring our customs forms to the nearest customs office once the goods arrived in country then the goods would be released and delivered to our house.
Only one problem occured with the move and that involved Thai customs. I was under the impression that we could bring 2 of each certain items and would not attract Thai customs duty. This is indeed the case if the paperwork is filled in showing a family moving together. In my cas the paperwork showd only my wife Patcheree Boonmak as the mover. What that means is for electrical goods in which we had more than one i.e. TV's and Fridges alond with many other items, we were told "You must pay", even after i tried to explain that we come as a family. What this meant was that we had to pay $900 in exra customs charges. This left a sour taste regarding the whole move.

I used Conroy removals for shipping my stuff from Melbourne to Christchurch, NZ. Excellent service. At every stage they kept me in the loop and communicated with me. Everything was received in a great condition, well packed by Conroy. I'll highly recommend this moving company.
That was the easiest and friendliest experience i never expected to have. What a great bunch of people on both sides of the ports. Everything was made super easy and hassle free. Totally recommend. You have such friendly staff..
