Two things broken.
Easy to deal with
Unfortunately Im not very happy with your services. My rooftop tent did not come back with the rest of my stuff. Obviously it was not checked when it left Perth. I have been waiting especially for the tent as I am trying to set my truck up, and now there is this unnecessary delay and another long wait.
Excellent work by the removal team in Melbourne and then fabulous service by the team in NZ.

Only thingbis not to give the customer a time frame if you have no idea how long it is going to take as i was told 4 to 6 weeks and it took over 10 weeks. I was also lied to by the shipment people as they told me my container was on board the ship when it wasnt as i have a mate that works at the ports and could see where my container was and he advised me that it wasnt on the ship and was still sitting in Perth.
The communcation level is always important when moving internationally. This was the highlight for me for my move. The constant emails received during the move process was reassuring...appreciated this very much.
I received my tool box yesterday. The delivery guys were great.
