Excellent service
Great service only complaint is sending one man to pack all the heavy stuff on day one of packing. Had I not been able to help him he would have had a hard time with the big furniture items.
overall happy with the service
The guys from Sydney were incredibly professional and efficient. They moved my things out of my one-bedroom apartment in only an hour and were courteous and careful the whole time. Everything made it to New Zealand in good condition. Good communication and support throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Conroy.
Very happy with the service from both ends. Cheerful people loading and unloading. Would certainly use them again if needed.

Very poor communication, I emailed few time and no reply to point I had to call to see why my furniture after 3 months was still sat in Australia when this was not said, Everything was ok until you received my full payment for my stuff to be shipped to uk, I am very upset as I thought I did my research and person on phone (Brisbane) polite and reassuring that it’s all in good hand it’s just another place wanting your money and once they have it they are not interested.
Staff were punctual on arrival. They were friendly and organised. Worked the whole day to pack container,
excellent service.
Customer Service especially from Janelle was excellent. Only concern was over packing so container space was unnecessarily congested.
Still waiting for our stuff.. but otherwise great
