The only problem that I had were some boxes (3) had split due to rough handling/storage.
Were extremely happy with Conroys in every step of the way, they made it so easy, from the guys who packed our furniture, they were amazing, and john in the office was incredibly helpful, jamie and the others in the office were great too, and luke in NZ , dealing with our car was fantastic, Conroys is the best, never faultered ! Thankyou
Hi, I had Conroy recommended to me by a friend to move my family and I from Melbourne to Auckland. Overall the communication and planning for the packing was poor. I had to call Conroy the day before our scheduled pack to find out the details regarding when they would arrive etc. I was told 3 people would come at 9am, however on the first day of packing the team arrived one hour late but did not let me know until I called them again to find out what was going on, then they tried to pack in a hurry to make up time as they wanted leave early as well. In addition, 5 people came instead of 3, so it was very difficult to keep an eye on what everyone was doing. It seemed the extra 2 people came to pack our boxes for us, when I had specifically requested that my husband and I do this packing ourselves. This made the process very stressful and some items were incorrectly packed away before I realised and had to ask for them to be taken out. The 2nd day of packing was much more manageable, however. Communications via email were confusing as well.
The most professional no nonsense experience I’ve ever had. That was a pleasure doing business with you. All the staff I dealt with were polite, to the point and knew their stuff. Thank you!!

Very friendly and courteous service, the staff in Bribane office were helpful and pleasant. The guys that packed up were great, arrived on time, packed everything very well and had really nice attitudes. Thank-you
