Worst experience I have ever had before, I have taken it up with the QLD Branch Manager Shannon OLeary, didnt get anywhere with him so I have escalated it to the director. Awaiting a response.

the whole experience with the CONROY TEAM was amazing, Tom couldnt be more helpful, when I was about to pull my hair out, he found another way of dealing with things, for a very difficult move, with extreme delivery address, that required a 4wd to get down the driveway, he kept me up to date during the day as to how it was all going, the gentleman that deliverd the freight did a fantastic job, walking up and down an extreme driveway to get this Kitchen into this house for assembly, YES i would most defintily recomend their services, and ABSOLUTELY YES, we will use them again, thank you so much you took a huge headache, and just made it happen :):):)

Super service from lead up to packing. All staff were helpful and courteous. Appreciated the prompt responses and helpful insights.

Conroys whole team is amazing from the office staff to the Packers always there to advise you even if it is small . A fantastic company would diffently recommend this company . Thankyou for everything you did

The only thing that could have been improved was the labeling and organisation of the packing. Since it was a local move it wasn't a huge issue, but if we were moving overseas that would have probably created a lot of damaged goods in transit.

Guys we're great but were a little tired on the second day. We are missing a lamp and our vacuum cleaner (all were boxed but we haven't got them here), my wife will ring Karen today.
