The service and the price was excellent , I would definitely use this service again, I can't pick any faults at all. My belonging was picked up with short notice and stored. Definitely 10/10 
I am currently waiting on a response about a rug that was not delivered in my order (last Thursday) It wasn't the delivery guys were here I was told it is missing. I have asked for an update and been Ignored so far. The delivery guys were great but my overall experience with conroys has been disappointing.

Good morning,
my experience hasn't been the greatest as my paperwork was sent back and was told I'd missed a few things. Than wanted my sons passport who is still a minor as some of his stuff I bought for him are in the container. Other thing is my stuff had done everything it needed to do on the 17th of October, no one has given me an update or kept me updated to what was happening.
i sent an email last week requesting a date my stuff would be delivered to my email being sent to a person by the name of Jack who still has not responded.
I expected after customs not wanting to inspect my belongings I would of received my goods last week.
The two guys that packed our belongings on the Brisbane side were nothing but amazing!! They offered great customer service, very prompt quick and efficient.

Dealing with the Brisbane branch was good. Unfortunately that is only half of the job done. Once my items arrived in NZ the service has been shocking. I had no answers as to where my stuff was after 2.5 weeks of it being cleared by customs. It took me chasing it up and being transferred through 4 different people(2 of them were the rudest customer service people I have dealt with) and I finally got told my stuff is still sitting down in Wellington. At least now I know where my stuff is for now.
