Excellent communication, would highly recommend
Jaymee in the office was a pleasure! She was actually quite amazing. So friendly, professional and quick to get back to me on any query! She kept me updated and was just simply fantastic even though I contacted her a few times.
however the delivery experience was another story. The crew were not friendly not professional and were intent on intimidation! They expected me to have non of my furniture unwrapped and when I requested only the furniture to be unwrapped and not the boxes he initially refused saying no one unwraps for a storage facility. Then when I said I want the furniture put in first at the back, so I could have easier access in the future to the boxes he said there going in the order as they come of!
I replied I have paid for full service and if was at my house you would not only unwrap everything!! Including boxes but put the furniture in the room and position I request. So you will take the wrapping of the furniture and put it in first.
He was then rough and belligerent and ending up leaving all the boxes out in the hall of the facility.
the manager of national storage came to check on me as she couldn't believe how rude ad uncooperative they were.
they even questioned and nearly argued the position of parking for the truck with her.
So far so good - the two guys who came to do the packing were quick, efficient and conscious of treating the goods with care. I'm sure that help for the goods to be in good condition when they arrive!

Friendly , professional ,helpful staff . The guys who did the packing and loading were excellent, professional, hard working and understanding . They did a fantastic job .
Very impressed with Conroys from Australia to NZ everyone was lovely and helpful. All our items are great so far still got some boxes to go though but no damage so far, so am very grateful
The delivery of our items took longer than was quoted (9 weeks, instead of 5-7 weeks), and we had a few damages, which we are trying to deal with through insurance - the damages were quite disappointing. But the dealing that we had with the staff in differnt areas were all good.
Thank you Conroy Removal for your fast efficient services and excellent communication from start to finish. I am super happy and greatful to all, that was involved in the process of my move to New Zealand.

Dealing with the Brisbane branch was good. Unfortunately that is only half of the job done. Once my items arrived in NZ the service has been shocking. I had no answers as to where my stuff was after 2.5 weeks of it being cleared by customs. It took me chasing it up and being transferred through 4 different people(2 of them were the rudest customer service people I have dealt with) and I finally got told my stuff is still sitting down in Wellington. At least now I know where my stuff is for now.
This is the 2nd time ive use conroy, best service ever, staff are friendly and very helpful, delivered item not only to the door but inside as well...!!! A++++
