Last load was not unwrapped. May have been an instruction from home, not sure.
I have to get rid of a pile of wrapping now.
Receive prompt update on shipment and delivery status. My shipment arrive at melbourne home safe, complete and in great condition. Friendly staff members

Great experience overall. There was one lapse in communication when I wasn't told my ship was significantly delayed (and therefore was still working around original dates) but other than communication was excellent and the team at both ends very pleasant and helpful.
I am so impressed with the attitude of Bill, lance, chris and luke (think that was his name) nothing was a problem when th we re was a problematic piece of furniture to get in t br e door or just the size of the move.
Last Friday they all checked we were happy and was t grt ere anything we wanted done before t by ey left. Most staff after such a long day would just want to finish but not these guys they wanted my elderly parents and I happy first.
