Conroy did everything in their power to facilitate an effortless move. Our goods arrived on time, in good condition, and the removalist was professional and friendly.
Maybe the best experience I've had with removalists ever. What we expected to be a stressful move (moving internationally in the middle of a global pandemic) was pretty effortless. Everyone at Conroy were always pleasant, professional and VERY efficient at what they do. Would highly reccomend.
Few Hickups in the beginnig and when delivered they did not have enough team members available resulting in all our furniture having to stand in the house unpacked for the weekend. We eventually decided to unpack boxes ourselves, which was not nice. Damage was minimal! Well done
As we could not fly to Australia because of Covid 19, we were very impressed with your service of packing up the goods from the garage where they were housed in Tewantin, Queensland and transporting them to Brisbane for shipping to New Zealand. Also every person we dealt with by email or phone was very helpful in both Australia and New Zealand. A++++++++

Conroy took over from our British remover to manage the tranportation of our belongings. They updated us stage-by-stage using SMS and their online platform. On the day of delivery, the team was punctual, friendly and effcient. All our items, except one -- a rice cooker, were in good conditions when unpacked. It's a fairly positive experience in general. The only things I feel slightly disappointed were that I was asked to fill in a form, which I'm quite sure I completed back in Britain and occasionally it took multiple email inquiries to get a reply. The items did arrive later than we expected (4 months and 3 weeks since we left our old flat) but I beliveve the pandemic was the main cause. All in all, pleasant experience. Thanks!
