"Poor communication"
Poor communication resulting in excessive extra charges, bad packing resulting in squashed boxes, broken items and damaged furniture. Still compiling photographs and will provide full list when finished unpacking.

Fantastic Unpacking Guys
The guys that did the unpacking were fantastic! Friendly, accommodating, super-efficient. Our thanks to them for helping to make the unpacking so much easier.
Good Service
Good service, just as you would expect from professionals.
Not Impressed
Dryer badly damaged, no insurance taken out - which seems to give the removal team rights to treat other people's possessions recklessly. Also damaged my goods on the way over to New Zealand from Melbourne as well so it wasn't a once off. Communications with logistics team in New Zealand EXTREMELY rude. A miscommunication between office staff and logistics/dispatch team caused a lot of distress and major inconvenience for myself which was not helped by the attitude of the man dealing with me.overall, not impressed and would definitely not recommend Conroys to anyone.
Long Time to Unload
Only issue is the exceptional long time it took to unload, it was a fair chunk out of s work day that was unexpected for 8m3. Plus our bed base is missing. And i feel its wrong to get the client doing the paperwork during unpacking to facilitate a faster (ha) delivery

It took two guys 2 hours to load and 3, yes 3 hours to unload due to one of the guys being sick and having continual cramps in his arms, hands, even his stomach!! So what should have taken just over 3 hours, took 5!!! I talked to the guys about ‘productivity’ and said I would not be paying for 5 hours and as I hadn’t been informed about paying ‘depot to depot’, I would not be paying that either. I even drove to the chemist, spent $14 on Hydrolite to help this guy. The other guy did work hard, but I was also unloading the truck to help out. This was a bad experience and I will not be using your company again!!!!
Quick and Efficient
Guys were absolutely fantastic, quick and efficient they were also extremely tolerant of my two young toddlers. Were very happy with everything that your company and the guys did for us. The only thing I would say is that we ended up doing serveral loads on our own if we didn’t do that we wouldn’t of been able to fit everything into the truck.
I was really impressed that you listened to how urgently we required our air freight delivered after a massive delay from our overseas agent. It allowed us to continue on schedule with a second interstate move. The delivery guy was fantastic, big thank you to him.
