Shipment time from Melbourne to Perth can be better. It tooks 14 days from Melbourne to Perth (home)

This is my 2nd move with Conroy. First time was 15 years ago. I was happy with the communication from Conroy and the removal guys.

The removal people refused to assemble the furniture for me, however when packing them in Hong Kong, they said the removal people would assemble them for me. The people gave me all kinds of excuses, very unssatisfied.  Would never use your service again.

I had an issue with my sea shipment clearing customs and Conroy were able to turn things around quickly to rebook a delivery 2 days later. I think this may have saved my marrige! The Guys who delivered my stuff were were really helpful.Would be very happy to use them again.

Highly recommend convoys. Kim is amazing and the two guys i had come in an pack unsure of thier names but great guys and lovely service from all 3 sydney staff that i came in contact with. So happy with how everything was thoroughly packed. Nothing was damaged an i was totally amazed. I was prepared for some breakage. Thank you to your team for a wonderful service.

The pick up was excellent and our furniture was securely wrapped to prevent any damage. The delivery guys in Sydney were delightful. There was a lot of too and frowing and stat declarations to clear customs that seemed a little excessive, but then everything cleared without a hassel

I had some very delicate things packed that I was worried wouldn't make it intact but they all arrived in great condition and the customer service was great thanks a lot. I would also like to commend the team here in Auckland for there  great service and the friendly truck drivers for taking care of my stuff thanks heaps.

Perth communication was excellent unfortunately New Zealand was not. I had to send 3 emails to the guys before i got a response the communication really needs worked on this end in nz. Besides that we are very happy. Thank you for assisting us with our move.
