"went above and beyond"
Lucy and Jenna went above and beyond in helping me. I had a really hard time communicating with the US based company and significant delays in their services were very frustrating, the Conroy team helped on this end in so many ways and ultimately delivered my shipment safe and sound. I will absolutely use and recomend their service in the future.
"hassle and stress free"
I cannot fault the customer service given by this company. From the time I phoned them for a quote to the end of the packing of my goods, I had top class service. Any enquiries were promptly answered and information supplied to me via email or phone was always prompt and John in the Qld branch was so helpful and made this huge move (on my part) hassle and stress free. On the day my house was packed and moved to Sydney by road, the packers arrived on time and were cheerful and worked quickly and efficently and left no rubbish behind. Thankyou Conroys.

"made easy"
This was the first time we had ever contemplated sending furniture back to NZ from Australia and it was all made easy by your staff who made the whole experience a breeze, from my very first contact with John Rowden and then Janelle Maybury we would definitely recommend your services to anyone who might want to do the same. Thank you so much.
"Estimates for delivery were WAY off"
Estimates for delivery were WAY off, both from Singapore and once the item arrived in Australia. Also the shipment arrived in Melboure (not Perth) and there wasn't a clear estimate or a sense of urgency to get the item to Perth.

"extra mile"
Please accept my thanks for an (almost) painless transaction and (touch wood) let's hope that it will all arrive tomorrow. I really do appreciate the "extra mile" you have gone to make this all happen and I am very impressed with your service. Vela Ram certainly went the "extra yard" to make sure all aspects of the move were managed well from start to finishI also meant to raise an issue with the removalist who collected the goods in Australia. The Apartment building had experienced a flood the night before he arrived and all of the passage ways were choked with workers. This made his job difficult - yet he communicated professionally with everyone involved and completed his assignment intelligently and professionally. Hats off to a job well done.

"careful with the goods"
The men that unpacked for me were efficient, careful with the goods (which had not been carefully packed in South Africa) and were sensitive when I got a bit teary, given these items had belonged to my late parents. Please do thank Jason and his team on my behalf.
while some of your staff are good at what they do others just wish to complain about the weight of items instead of using lifting aids that are available, or ask for assistance and they do not take care in handling the goods. Our gear arrived in good order. Items were damaged as they unloaded them.
