Nothing wrong with Conroy's, just a bit slack this side. Eight days after I was informed my container had arrived still no invoice for unloading, storage etc etc. Conroy's want their money straight away, that I know.

I am in Oregon, USA right now. Very difficult dealing with Conroy inefficient staff, I have sent many emails just to get one answer. Very frustrating. Staff need to be a bit attentive and understand clients need especially international family. Thank you.
"least professional move"
We have moved many times and this was probably the least professional move of them all. There were too few people on the job, they certainly worked hard but didn't seem to be particularly well trained and they were not very polite. The move was over three days and was a big rush, with quite a few broken items and minimal care for the materials or the property. Many boxes were just placed anywhere, some were even left outside.

"Seemless from start to finish"
From the initial contact by your administration the service provided has been outstanding. I was kept advised of my shipment's progress from anticipated arrival, customs, quarantine and final release for delivery. Delivery: I requested a Friday and delivery was on a Friday. The two men who actually delivered my shipment were polite, hardworking (no stopping to chat to one another); I was consulted on where my items should be placed and they unpacked, disposed of boxes and wrapping paper in the most efficient way I have ever seen. Seemless from start to finish. The service I received could not be improved.

We were always kept up to date with our shipment details. The only negative was the length of time with which it took for our personal belongings to be delivered to our final address (pick up 15th January 2017 - delivery 29th March 2017). It appears that there was a delay at the quarantine/customs end. Apart from this, we were satisfied with the service provided.
Very happy with Australian side of the business. Chch isnt so good. my goods were customs cleared and duties paid for last Friday. I didn't receive any contact and after i sent a e mail I was informed there isn't a delivery date set and that it would more likely be next week sometime/
