On the whole very good but i had to chase operations team to get a delivery date, however when I spoke with them they rearranged to fit us in at short notice. So very much grateful for that.

Matt Conroy was extremley helpful in the preparation phases and the two staff allocated to our move were brilliant, easy to get along with, outgoing and understanding of the task at hand dealing wth a couple of elderly persons upheaval. They both worked hard to accommodate the requirements and were still happy & upbeat at the end of a very long day - Please pass on our thanks to them

Other than confusion on our part about whether we were dealing with MEM or Conroy everything was very good.

- Five things were broken or damaged. None were expensive.
- There were extra charges that I was not told about in England. I thought the price I paid covered all except storage but I then had to pay for inspections and delivery.
Overall an excellent experience from packing in England, shopping, storage in Australia then delivery and unpacking. The crew at both ends were professional and friendly. Two things prevented getting that fifth star.

Excellent communication received from Conroy with regard to the estimated arrival of my boxes in to port and tracking through customs and quarantine. Very prompt response to some questions I had about taking delivery. Only issue was at the end with no comms about expected delivery to final destination, I had to chase.

Very Very pleased with the price and service! Every step of the process has been very very good. Consider the number of different people involved at each step and between countries and it becomes even more impressive. From initial contact with John in Brisbane to final delivery big thumbs up!

Forthright with information and tips for customs and MAF. We truely felt he was more interested in getting us the best deal for our situation than upselling services we didnt need!
The lads who packed our stuff in Gladstone and the fellas that unloaded in Mahia, Thanks lads you did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to have around. Friendly and happy in their work. Fast and efficient.
The admin team in both countries have been great with constant updates at each step and in conjunction with John all relevant paperwork was easy to deal with.
Very minimal damage to property limited to a couple of bits of crockery that we packed ourselves.
