"damage to my stuff"
I am appalled with the service since my stuff was collected and the damage to my stuff. It appears the bookcase has been dragged along the ground and is damaged. Two of the boxes were ripped open, so don't know what I've lost yet. Another boxed marked with breakable things in it was clearly thrown around as items are not broken but shattered. I packed all of my items in copious amounts of bubble wrap so it is clear no care was taken. By the way I've only opened 4 of the 16 boxes, so I hate to think what the rest of the stuff looks like. I will be making a claim for replacement of goods and sending pictures. I will not be recommending this service to anyone but if asked will tell them to go elsewhere. I was originally quoted 5-7 weeks for delivery and have waited nearly 10 weeks for damaged goods.

I have yet to hear from Conroy about a compaint I lodged several days ago regarding the unjust (and standover) extra charge to me of arranging another Conroy van to deliver my 6m2 of cartons from the Netherlands. My driveway access was deemed unsuitable for your truck by the Conroy staff when they arrived at my door (it looks pretty good to me - and I can send you a photo showing the access as well as an alternative delivery access from next door) and I was told the cartons would be transferred to a van for delivery. I was then rung and told that I had to pay for the van (or I guess I wouldn't receive my goods),. Your representative told me I could avoid the charge if I had immediate access to a van or ute of my own. Of course I didn't. I am annoyed at this - your company should improve its customer service and immediately refund the $275!! extra charge you imposed on me. I gave plenty of advance notice to your company and yet your representatives were clearly looking after Conroy's interest and not the customer. Did you expect I should have known the exact dimensions of your truck beforehand? The driveway is, after all, a regular access driveway for vehicles. You didn''t even answer my complaint. I am one dissatisfied customer.

Although one coffee table was quite scratched and my bed base had a hole in it - the move was very good.
The movers were very efficient, kind & helpful and made what could have been an unpleasant experience seamless.

I have moved overseas a few times and I have never had the most amazing experience that I had with Conroy Removals. I was always up to date with my belongings and I knew where they were every step of the way. At the most competitive price of every company we had a quote from they offer the best service. Thank you again for a great experience.

We are heading for four months now! Delays tactics in uk beyond belief every 4days they want new forms! 6 utility bills marriage Certs and so much more! You guys need to make it more clear of what's going to happen on the other side! So many Irish and English moving back from oz need to be informed
