overall this was a terrific experience -- best moving company we have ever used by far.

There is some damage to my BBQ and also a basketball hoop, so I'd like to make sure someone gets in touch with me so that I can understand how to address these issues.

It's been about 3 weeks since I have heard anything about our furniture after 4 emails and a few phone calls we are finally told our stuff is still waiting for quarrintine inspection then get a phone call to say it wont be delivered for 2 weeks at the earliest sorry not good enough. Communication and service lacking majorly here.

Extremely pleased with the shifting team. They were friendly, incredibly helpful and extremely hard working. No request was too much and they took incredible care with our belongings. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and nothing at all was damaged.

A bit disappointed that some info was not relayed to me in Perth by the Perth rep.  Your feedback request was sent to me prior to i had finished with your service. Overall very happy with Conray Removals.

the only issue i have was being able to contact a particular person when not available to leave a msg then being told to leave a msg then told the mail box is full?? this happened several times at one stage i tried to get thru on and off for 3 days. otherwise the staff very friendly
