It is harder than you would expect to have strabgers in your house touching your personal belongings ......so it was great to have these two guys. everything was in order and I felt very informed and appreicated

A few items broken
3 broken wine glasses and a broken handle off a cassarole dish is very good for the amount of personal items in this shipment.
"utterly spectacular"
Kim in the Office and the boys who came out and packed/removed our stuff - utterly spectacular! Could not have asked for a better experience at all - we were pretty stressed about it all, but really nothing was too much for you all! Really appreciate it!
Sadly, the service this side of the world hasn't been great - probably not Simpsons fault; however, the attitude and lack of communication has been quite worrying. Apparently our shipment has gone 'AWOL' and Maersk have been unable to be contacted, following their systems being hacked a few weeks back. Whilst I'm sure its all being taken care of, from our perspective, not knowing where things are, is pretty worrying. After all, the contents of the container are our worldly possessions and mean lots to us!
