"impressed with your service from day 1"
This was our first time using any moving company from NZ to Australia I was impressed with your service from day 1. I greately appreciated the communication immediately from the moment when our goods were uploaded onto the container at Auckland. As estimated arrival date was provided and the goods were cleared with customs the moment they arrived. Followed by another update on what the next steps will be and estimated delivery date, etc.
Having a dedicated contact in Brisbane for all queries is also highly regarded Megan Victor was my contact and I also would like to greatly thank her for the support. She was super helpful and accomodating and very quick to resolve any issues.
The delivery of goods was perfectly on time in terms of the day and time which was provided. The delivery guy was also very friendly and polite. Thank you to all the hard work they do delivering all these heavy/bulky items to everyone.

The best thing: the guy who packed our things in Auckland. His name was Tyler (or Taylor, I might be wrong) and he was BRILLIANT. So kind, professional and courteous and even our fragile things got here safely. He was amazing.The worst thing: receiving emails from about 12 different people during the process, never knowing who was responsible for what. I though we had one point of contact but I was quickly passed from person to person. Everyone was nice and efficient, but that's the only thing lacking in the experience, a missing sense of ownership (which is something your competitors pushed really hard about when they were competing for business). Staff all great, a good experience. Just one broken kettle and a missing blender... otherwise all good.
Excellent service. I was informed what was happening all along the way and delivery went as planned. A Very happy customer.
