Shipping Took Too Long

Very great shipping company, customer service is great to deal with, when I had a question, they replied straight away. The only bad point I can make was, it took way too long for our shipping to arrive, took 6 months to arrive here in our new home in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Apart of this, overal Conroy Removals is really great, prices are not bad, so I recommend this shipping company to everyone. Best regards! E. Munnik

We are storing our goods with you so still need to unpack- but service to date had been excellent, efficient and professional. Everyone from the first point of contact to the packers and the staff in Auckland could not have been more helpful and informative. Moving was not a problem at all.

Awesome communication right the way through. Perhaps the only hicup was our own expectation around delivery/pick up. We wasted some of your Wellington staff time chasing our consignment only 2 days after the ship arrived. Had we been made aware that the access to our boxes would be at least a week after the ship arrival date we wouldn't have wasted this staff memeber time and been more patient. Perfect service at all times. Thank you.

Shipped Goods Delayed

Unfortunately I cannot leave a good review as I am still waiting for my shipped goods to arrive. I have been told that they are at the port still. I tried contacting Orbit Moving Logistics but I did not get an expected ETA. No one could tell me anything when it would arrive. Also they were meant to send me email with an update/instructions but I did not recieve anything. I feel like the service on this end in Canada where I have moved to has been very poor from Orbit Moving Logistics. Also I was notified by Orbit that I may have to incur extra charges due to an incident that happened at the port of Vancouver for lost time. How is that my issue or problem? It should be up to the Port of Vancouver to figure that out. I am not happy with overall and I am still waiting for an update or an answer.

I would wait in future to get quote for removal until I knew how many box’s as I do feel ripped off. I paid for 35 box’s ended up only having 24 items( not even box’s) but the service is the best I have had in many moves!

The whole experience from the initial phone call to accepting the delivery in New Zealand was made "pain free".

Communication from the Sydney end could be improved - i.e. we were told 5-7 weeks when we signed up and I know nothing is guaranteed but the lady who 'sold' to us said people were moving to NZ every week so we shouldn't have to wait too long. It was over 8 weeks by the time we received our goods. Allied Pickfords said 6-8 weeks when I got a quote from them and they were also willing to match the price so I think you just need to be careful and manage expectations better and keep us informed rather than us chasing! The packing quality was OK but also found a lot of rubbish thrown in. I REALLY hope you recycle everything afterwards as so much paper is used. Is the plastic recyclable. Overall very happy that everything arrived in one piece. Delivery and pick up of empty cartons and material on NZ side excellent.

Very unfortunate timing for the feedback request. Sydney side were fantastic but I still haven't received my shipment. Every time I call for an update the times shift and I am assured of a call back that doesn't happen. The delay now means I will not be present when my things are delivered (still 2 weeks away) and I will not have access to my clothes when I start at my new job.
