"Put us at ease"
Really Excellent Communication
The team overall were really excellent. I was very impressed with their efforts, communications and helfpfulness. I'd very happily recommend the team to anyone moving, whether overseas move or not.
The communications we received throughout the whole process was really excellent.
The stresses of dealing with customs and immigrations etc were just eliminated with the help from the Conroys team.

My husband and I have used Conroy Removals twice and both times we have had the pleasure of dealing with John Rowden. (The first time, we shipped our personal effects from Brisbane to our home in Gisborne NZ and the second time we shipped a vehicle from Brisbane to the Port of Napier NZ). John is very helpful, friendly and efficient. Any questions I had, I would email John and he would reply immediately or later that day. I would not hesitate to recommend Conroy to anyone! We were very happy with their service! Thanks again John!

We were very please with the services in Noosa and the dats of arrival in New Zealand were completely right. However seeing the custom clearance was given before it arrived the time from arrival in New Zealand to delivery to or apartment seemed to be quite delayed. 28/08/2017. Even then we had to ring up about what was happening before a delivery date was arranged. the first delivery date was put off for a day. "The item did not get on the truck." The people who delivered them were excellent.

The team that packed up in Sydney were fantastic, frendly and hard working - I have very high praise for them and really appreciated the Kiwi Touch
Communication at evey step was fantastic also.
However the final delivery service was not to the same standard the team worked very very hard for the first 2 hours or so however as they reached the end they obviously ran out of energy and frankly were not supportive - I ended up letting them go before they were really finished as they appeard to be reluctant to continue helping.

Fantastic service from Conroys. Communication was excellent leading up to and including removal day. I have to mention Tony and Dylan who were very professional and extremely hard working, nothing was an issue for them even when we had to make some changes on the day. A great team and fabulous representatives of Conroys. Would highly recommend this company. Five stars!
The teams in Perth who picked up and again in New Zealand who delivered where professional in their job, friendly and hard working. Put us at ease thinking of strangers handling our possessions.
